Payment Policy (Event Only)

1. Payment Method

All payments must be made via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided on the invoice or booking confirmation.

2. Booking Deposit
  • A minimum 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure any photoshoot date.

  • Clients may pay more than 50% upfront if they wish, but 50% is the minimum required to confirm the booking.

  • No date is held or guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

3. Payment Schedule

To keep the booking secure and ensure smooth delivery:

a. Before the Event

  • 80% of the total fee must be paid no later than the day before the event (or the first day, if the booking covers multiple days).

  • This means:

    • 50% minimum deposit

    • 30% (or more) before the event

    • = 80% total paid before the event begins

b. After the Event

  • The remaining 20% balance is due after the client reviews the proof images, but before final edited images are delivered.

  • Final images will only be released once the full 100% payment has been received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

a. Deposit

  • The 50% deposit is non‑refundable at all times, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

b. Cancellations More Than 14 Days Before the Event

  • Any payments made beyond the 50% deposit will be refunded.

c. Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Event

  • The full amount becomes non‑refundable once the booking is within 14 days of the scheduled event date.

  • This covers loss of availability, preparation time, and the inability to rebook the date.

5. Date Changes / Rescheduling
  • Clients may request to move their booking to a later date.

  • If the request is made within 14 days of the original event date, JSG reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee due to short‑notice changes and potential loss of work.

  • New dates are subject to availability.

  • All payments already made will be transferred to the new date, but the original 50% deposit remains non‑refundable.

6. Failure to Pay
  • If the required 80% payment is not received before the event, JSG reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the non‑refundable deposit.

  • Final images will not be delivered until the full balance is paid.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By paying the deposit, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy.
